Achieving our objectives

In 2018, Traxens obtained ISO 9001: 2015 certification for the scope Design, Supply and Integration of "Products, Services and Data" for logistics flow monitoring.

This certification is not an end in itself, but rather a commitment for all Traxens employees to pursue a continuous effort to improve the company's performance.

As such, the Quality Management System is subject to regular reviews and Management Reviews that allow decisions on the effectiveness, improvement needs, consistency of our decisions vis-à-vis the latter.

As CEO of Traxens, I give the Quality Manager of the company the responsibility and authority to develop, implement, maintain, improve, verify and monitor QMS processes, to raise staff awareness of customer requirements, develop a quality mindset, facilitate the corporate quality system, and report on its operation.

I pledge to all stakeholders that this policy and the objectives to be achieved are known and shared and that the necessary means and resources are made available to enable implementation by all employees.

I will request, guide and support process pilots and all employees in their involvement in our quality approach to ensure the success and improvement of the policy.
