The results for the 2020 Equality Index at Traxens :
Under the French law “Loi pour la Liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel“, companies have an obligation of results on equal pay between women and men. The gender equality index is based on five criteria which assess inequalities between women and men in companies: salaries, salary increases, promotions, maternity leave and representation at top management level. These indicators give a score out of 100.
The global score of Traxens is 72 out of 100.
The pay gap between men and women is 2,7% in favour of men.
The individual increase rate difference is 26,9% in favour of women.
