Professional equality index at Traxens

The results for the 2020 Equality Index at Traxens :

Under the French law “Loi pour la Liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel“, companies have an obligation of results on equal pay between women and men. The gender equality index is based on five criteria which assess inequalities between women and men in companies: salaries, salary increases, promotions, maternity leave and representation at top management level.
